STEM Scholarships

“Helping YOU Reach for the Stars!"

José M. Hernández Reaching for the Stars Foundation accepts applications for scholarship awards.  The purpose of the Reaching for the Stars Foundation scholarship is to assist students currently enrolled or enrolling at an accredited college or university at the junior or senior level.  Awards range from $500 to $1,000.  Qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. 

Students must be majoring in studies leading to a degree in the Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics fields.  Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited four year institution of higher learning with a minimum of twelve units a semester.
